Disappointing first half where we just didn’t perform as we know we can, the teams were fairly evenly matched but with few clear cut chances.
Harry Snowden’s shot cleared off the line was our best chance, with Biddenden probably deserving to be ahead at half time.

With the half-time team talk focused on the need to just stay calm and stay together as a Team, the Boys came out second half with a much better attitude and showed grit and determination to get back into the game.

Within 10 mins, Cruz had pulled a goal back with a great strike from just inside the box and efforts from both Bobby and Cruz also came close.
Our total domination showed with an equaliser soon coming from a strike from Adam Spragg to make it 2-2, followed by a hat trick of goals coming from Bobby, the best being his second goal, running with the ball from just inside their half to round their keeper to score.

Learnings from the day were that sometimes things aren’t always going to go our way, as the first half showed, but the important thing is to remain calm and controlled, reorganise and stay together as a Team.
