Club Overview:
We are an ambitious football club competing in Kent League Division Two, with a strong vision for development and success on and off the pitch. We’re now looking for a passionate and committed First Team Coach/Manager to take the reins, lead our squad, and help build on the club’s foundations as we push for promotion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of first team management including matchday preparation, training sessions, and tactical setup.
• Develop and implement a consistent playing philosophy in line with the club’s values.
• Work closely with players to enhance performance, fitness, and team cohesion.
• Manage team selection, tactics, and substitutions on match days.
• Identify and recruit talented players to strengthen the squad where needed.
• Liaise with the club committee and support staff regularly.

The ideal Candidate will have:
• Previous coaching or management experience at grassroots or semi-professional level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A minimum FA Level 1 (Level 2 or UEFA C desirable).
• A genuine passion for developing players and driving team success.
• Ability to commit to midweek training and weekend fixtures.
• A positive, motivated, and professional approach.
